Laboratory Cryogenic Aprons

Our laboratory cryogenic waterproof apron comes in small, medium large and extra large sizes. They provide a superior thermal protection, are comfortable, lightweight and breathable.

The apron is designed to provide warmth to the torso and legs and offer protection from splashes and vapours of cryogenic liquids. There are adjustable straps at the neck and waist and side release buckles for quick on and off.

The laboratory cryogenic aprons are manufactured from a highly efficient Poly-olefin insulation with an outer nylon skin which is laminated to a micro porous film. This makes the products very flexible in use and water resistant.

When retrieving or placing products in liquid nitrogen atmospheres, the use of waterproof cryogenic aprons and cryogenic gloves are recommended.

Application & Uses

Waterproof aprons are for use in LN₂ atmospheres and environments, refrigerated liquid baths, cryogenic freezers and cryogenic grinding. They are most used in fertility clinics, clinical laboratories, bio-medical environments, genetic and bio technology, industrial and pharmaceutical industries.
